Scout Cancellation Request

We’re sorry to hear you are thinking about canceling your subscription with Scout. Complete the form below and a Scout account manager will respond as soon as possible.

General Cancellation Guidelines

  • Full refunds for Scouts purchased from our site

    If your Scout is in good working condition and was purchased within 60 days of placing your request you will receive a full refund of your device minus applicable sales tax.

  • Full refunds for Scouts purchased from 3rd party sites

    If you have purchased your device from a 3rd party vendor such as Amazon or Ebay within 60 days of placing your request you will receive a full refund of the device cost minus a $20 restocking fee.

  • Canceling without returning your Scout

    If you wish to cancel without returning your Scout your account can be subject to a cancellation fee if you’ve had service for less than 90 days.
