If you’re experiencing technical difficulties with your Scout – or your dog chewed it up – and would like to request an exchange please complete the form below and a Scout representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Device Exchange Guidelines

  • Contact Scout support first

    Before requesting an exchange please contact Scout support so that on of our support agents can troubleshoot any issues you may be having. Details on how to reach support can be found here.

  • Exchanges on defective Scouts

    Scout comes with a 1-year warranty on internal parts. If you’ve purchased your Scout within the last 12 months you can exchange it for a working unit free of charge. We’ll even pay the shipping.

  • Exchanges on damaged Scouts

    We know life can be rough, so if your Scout has been on a wild ride through the washing machine or your doggo decided to use it as a chew toy you can still return it. Explain what happened in the form and when we receive your damaged Scout we’ll let you know what the replacement cost will be. Damaged Scouts are not subject to free shipping.

  • Where to send your damaged Scout

    We will provide shipping labels for defect exchanges. Damage exchanges should be sent to the following address:

  • Damaged Scout exchange exceptions

    If you’ve purchase our “No Questions Asked” replacement insurance we will send you a return shipping label and you will receive a replacement Scout at no cost to you.
