Create Custom Alert Zones
Create and save custom Alert Zones to specify areas where you want (like the job site) or do not want (like the local dive bar) your Scout to be. Receive immediate notifications if your scout leaves a zone and watch your Scout moving in real-time on the map.

Automatic Arming with Remote Disarm
When not in motion, Scout will automatically arm its vibration sensor and go to sleep mode.
When you want to use the fleet equipment you can easily disarm the motion sensor via the Scout app to avoid receiving a movement alert. The Scout will re-arm itself the next time it’s stationary for a several minutes.
Long-Life Battery Backup
Scout will always have a 100% battery charge as long as it’s connected to a power source.
Scout won’t drain your battery, but if there is ever a loss of power Scout has enough onboard battery capacity to last for several weeks in sleep mode.

Scout utilizes a built-in A-GPS (Assisted Global Positioning System) chip, which precisely locates the Scout in real-time from anywhere mobile service exists. Scout features the most sophisticated antenna technology in the world and can work in most indoor and outdoor environments.
Embedded Bluetooth 4.1LE
Scout also has embedded Bluetooth Low Energy, featuring proximity sensing for near-field location, and to enable “virtual tethering.” This allows you to get a warning on your mobile app if Scout strays past the end of the tether.
Nationwide Cellular Network
Scout updates its location to a central server via a nationwide cellular network, transmitting its data via an embedded cellular radio.
