Scout is hiring an operations and support representative to join our team in our downtown Gainesville, Florida office.
-Answer support phone calls and assist customers with troubleshooting issues, general questions, billing concerns, cancellations, and returns/exchanges.
-Respond to chat requests via the website and provide professionally written responses that are clear and easy to understand.
-Develop new help center content (articles, videos, and diagrams)
-Write copy for blog posts, case studies, and proposals.
-Provide a very detailed level of customer support with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.
-Assist with the packaging and mailing of new orders, returns, and exchanges
-Schedule incoming sales demos with our VP of Sales via the online chat system.
-Put together quotes for fleet sales opportunities
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
-Attention to detail with a customer-first focus
-A desire to always find a better way to do something
-A basic understanding of GPS technology and software concepts (we have a mobile and desktop app, as well as a hardware component to our product).
-Able to work within teams and independently
-Familiar with start-up culture and demands.
-Knows how to work hard, play hard.
